  Thank you for your question. The GE Health Cloud Innovation Challenge is only open to individuals. teams, or organizations that are residents of, or domiciled in the United States.

  I am sorry to say that as a resident of India, you would not be eligible.

  what about people who are residing in US on a valid visa like H1B or F1 but are not citizens of the US

  Hi Navjot,

  You would be eligible if you are on a valid student or work visa and have a residence in the U.S.

  What about people with A2 visa who will be in the USA for the entire period of the hackathon and they have a residence ? Are they eligible ?
